The Personal Assistant to the CEO will report to the VP of Operations but will also receive direct assignments from the CEO.  The position will have primary responsibility for providing daily support to the company CEO.  New Energy Equity is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company, so this position will be expected to work independently and meet scheduled completion dates. Typical duties shall include but not be limited to:

 

  1. Job Duties
    1. Schedule meetings and manage calendar for company CEO
    2. Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
    3. Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
    4. Help with daily time management for company CEO
    5. Run errands and complete tasks as requested for company CEO
    6. Plan travel, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation for company CEO
    7. Potentially travel with CEO, as requested, to arrange meetings and accommodations at location
    8. Provide transportation to and from events for CEO, customers and other employees of CEO’s company (vehicle will be provided)
    9. Coordinate events and speaking engagements for company CEO
    10. Draft correspondence such as emails and letters for company CEO
    11. Other activities as requested by CEO

 

  1. Qualifications and Candidate Requirements:
    1. Candidate should have a valid US Drivers License and clean driving record
    2. Candidate should be able to lift 50lbs regularly
    3. Adaptable to a dynamic work schedule
    4. Good work ethic
    5. Positive attitude
    6. Ability to take direction
    7. Ability to maintain privacy
    8. Strong interpersonal skills
    9. Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
    10. Active listening and good communication skills
    11. Proactive approach to problem-solving
    12. Ability to multitask
    13. Strong time-management and organization skills
    14. Candidate should be comfortable working inside and outside, with certain tasks being considered manual labor
    15. Arrange and execute multiple tasks inside and outside of the office
